Crystal Ballin' | This week's Crystal grid

February 20, 2017

Hey Lovelies!

This week's crystal spread is a mixture of Amethyst, Rose Quartz, Rutilated Quartz and Selenite; all of which serve to open the heart and mind. Here's a little breakdown of each of these precious stones and why we chose them to kick-start our week.

Rose Quartz: The stone of Love.
It helps to soften boundaries we've created which allows us to be more open to life. It's known to heal the heart and bring about calm. It also cleanses the auric field. This stone helps to relieve tension,  stress, anger and fear and turn you toward love. We chose the Rose Quartz to keep our hearts clear and focused on what we love, because that always results in success.

Clear Quartz: Amplification of Intention.
This stone promotes clarity, focus and memory enhancement. It helps you to manifest your positive intentions and thoughts. It is also great to use along with other stones as it can amplify their energies. We chose it because it helps us feel more organised and productive.

Amethyst: Protection.
The amethyst helps protect us from taking on negative energy. It helps us connect to our true selves, which helps us get clear on our desires and goals. It was traditionally used to break through addictive behaviours, thought patterns and imagined obstacles, getting to the root cause of it all. It's been said to help oxygenate the blood, leaving you feeling more energised and detoxes the body and mind. We love this stone because it keeps us mentally clear and focused on our goals.

Rutilated Quartz: The Energiser.
This stone gets you moving both physically and mentally. We chose it as it's an excellent stone for productivity.

Selenite: The Stabiliser.
The Selenite gets rid of negative energy and brings clarity, which helps you to "see the light" in any situation. This stone also helps to stabilize emotions and bring them to a calm, which is exactly what you need when you're schedule is hectic.
